UK REACH Regulation
As part of the UK REACH regulation, Article 33 states that manufacturers and importers of articles are required to notify their customers of the presence of any Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC) in their products exceeding 0.1% by weight. They must also at a minimum, provide the name of the contained substance and if necessary, guidance on how to use the product safely. Please see below the list of products produced by Interpet that are known to contain SVHCs above the 0.1% limit along with any further necessary information.
